Slimming Girl with Slimming World.
Decided..

I’m gonna change Slimming World groups… Again.
I just feel an evening class would be better for me to start a new.
I’m getting too comfortable in this class and I need a new group, new start to kick me up the backside!

I will change after next week.
Nervous! Haha

All this stuff about tweaking in Slimming World..

Is just stupid.
Like I’ve said before, if you have say, the potato crisps or the tortilla chips with superfree in a normal meal then there is no problem whatsoever.
The potato crisps are just like people making syn free chips and wedges and eating them by themselves, exactly the same situation but they arent synned?

There is no need to syn these things if you eat them in moderation.
Even if you don’t, just see if you put on, if you do then you know to syn them if you eat them all next time.
But my bet is you won’t, because it is not HALF as bad as eating a huge packet of crisps or tortillas.

SW Tortilla chips recipe:

Ingredients:
-Lasagne sheets
-Herbs and spices
-Frylight

Method:
-Boil sheets until softish, drain, cut into shapes and leave to dry (or use kitchen roll to pat dry)
-Set fan oven to 220-230C, spray a tray with frylight and put in oven to warm up.
-Take tray out and put shapes onto it, spray with frylight and sprinkle with your preferred seasoning.
-Leave them to cook for 8-10 minutes, keeping an eye on them as they burn quickly.

Voila! You have homemade tortillas :)
