And it really is..
But I swear to god EA active 2 Personal trainer is harder…
I just did 26.5 minutes on it and dear god I have sweat dripping down my face, back and chest…
Well, im sweating everywhere.
I actually love this game.
Gonna get on it again later!

And its my weigh in day tomorrow, got a feeling I have gained again.
But, I’m getting up beforehand (well very early) and going out for a jog/power walk!
Now it’s lighter its a great time for me to do it!

So, finished work and now have 10 days off, then my birthday on 4th June! :)
Lots of superfree for my breakfast and again, 60g Chocolate spoonsize weetabix (2 x HEB) x
Breakfast- 60g chocolate weetabix spoonsize (2 x HEB), 250ml Semi skimmed milk (HEA) and raspberries & strawberries with a sprinkle of sweetner :)
Slimming world 8 syn chocolate cake recipe:
Ingredients:
-6 eggs
-5 tablespoons sweetner (or more if you like it very sweet)
-1 tsp vanilla extract
-4 packets of options belgium chocolate
Method:
-Separate eggs and whisk whites till soft peaks
-Whisk yolks till creamy, add sweetner and vanilla extract & whisk
-Mix in options chocolate, then fold in egg whites
-Cook for 20-25 mins 180C
Voila!
Just to warn people, it doesn’t have a cake texture, more of a pancake one.

Now chowing down on my late lunch of a whole can of beans, small jacket potato, salad and 30g cheese (hea)

Having my brunch then getting in the Wii and 30 day shred! :D
Lunch/dinner- Chicken, rice, tomatoes, peppers, onions, garlic and mushrooms x (Tomatoes, onions, peppers and mushrooms all frozen and ready chopped. Lazy maybe, but its so quick and easy, not to mention cheaper!)
Slimming World Choco-Toffee squares Recipe
Serves: 32
Prep time: 10 minutes
Cook time: 35 minutes
Syns: 4.5 per square on each plan
Ingredients:
2 eggs
340g/12oz self-raising flour
170g/6oz golden caster sugar
113g/4oz low-fat margarine
200g pot Toffee Müllerlight Yogurt
113g/4oz chocolate chips
a few drops of vanilla essence
Method:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C/350°F/Gas 4.
2. Lightly beat the eggs, place in a food processor with the flour, sugar, margarine and yogurt and blend until smooth.
3. Fold in the chocolate chips and vanilla essence, spoon into a non-stick swiss roll tin and bake for 30-35 minutes or until the mixture is set and cooked through. Remove from the oven and leave in the tin to cool.
4. Cut into 32 squares, remove from the tin and serve.
